Truffle oil pasta
This super easy recipe is perfect for a quarantine meal at home or for a special date night.
1 (16-ounce) box spaghetti 31⁄2 tablespoons truffle oil 4 to 6 tablespoons high-quality olive oil, to taste 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1⁄2 cup pine nuts 5 garlic cloves, minced 1⁄2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for serving Extra olive oil for cooking
Whatcha Gotta Do:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain and return the pasta to the pot. Add the truffle oil, olive oil, and butter to the pot and toss to coat. Once the butter is completely melted, stir in the pine nuts, garlic, pepper, and salt until evenly distributed. Immediately serve with as much fresh Parmesan as you’d like on top.
